State complex The National Congress Palace is located on the picturesque coast of the Gulf of Finland, in the green space of St.-Petersburg. It combines the functions of the state residence, historical and cultural reserve and the business centre.

Konstantin Palace is the main structure of the complex. The Palace with its halls is opened for carrying out various actions: scientific and political forums, corporate meetings, exhibitions and presentations and provides totally more than 50 halls from 30 to 350 sq.m. in the halls of the Konstantin Palace, in Congress Palace and Baltic Star hotel, the Pavilion of negotiations.

The National Congress Palace also includes the unique monument of fortification art – the Fort Emperor Alexander I. It is one of the few military bases which have remained up to now in the Gulf of Finland. The professional team of the National Congress Palace has experience in organizing of events of various level and scale – from Big Eight Summit and other meetings at summit level to UNESCO international congresses, science symposia and conferences of the largest transatlantic companies.
